Porovnání agrobiologických a kvalitativních vlastností klonů vybrané odrůdy révy vinné
Kušický, Dávid
This diploma thesis compares the differences between clones of the Sauvignon variety, which are planted in the Central Slovakia wine region in the village of Veľký Krtíš and then evaluates the results of this comparison. Three clones from French and one clone from Tyrol are planted together in one vineyard track. The literary part of this thesis describes general information about Sauvignon variety, its clones and aromatic substances. In the vineyard were studied the phenological phases of the clones, uvological values and yield. From each clone has been made wine separately. For each wine were determined basic parameters and difference of aromatic substances using method of comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography. Based on the results of the expert committee were created the aromagrams and the position of the wines in the hundred-point table according to standards of the O.I.V.
Porovnání klonů odrůdy Tramín po stránce kvalitativní a kvantitativní
Hub, Pavel
The aim of this work was to evaluate the qualitative and quantitative parameters of the clones of the Tramín variety. The introduction describes the Tramín variety, its origin, distribution, mutations and clones, and also deals with habitat requirements, variety resistance, cultivating properties And climatic conditions in the area of the experimental vineyard. In the experiment, the facts about individual clone analyzes are described, with methodology, site description, On which grapes were harvested and evaluated. Given the results of the comparison of the individual clones from the same site, it would be advisable not to focus on just one clone, but at least three clones to support each other. Not only in production technology, but also in sensory properties where one clone supports the second or third clone in one clone. It will also be appropriate to focus on the dependence of micro climatic conditions, soil conditions, The main objective was to recommend the suitability of a combination of Tramín clones with different properties for the production of quality wine according to the obtained data. Based on the results I would suggest focusing on the cultivation of French clones, Clones 47 and 1077, which provide a spice and a clone 46-106, which gives the wines of floral tones, fruity and delicate aroma. As they complement each other very well both in terms of yields and in terms of quality and aroma of the produced wines.
Finitely Related Algebras
Goldstein, Marek ; Barto, Libor (advisor) ; Stanovský, David (referee)
An algebraic structure is finitely related if its clone is determined by a finite set of finitary relations. In this thesis we examine graph algebras in order to determine which of them have this property. We provide a brief sum- mary of a background theory and we present an overview of known results, in particular, we emphasize the relation between finitely related algebras and Mal'cev conditions. Further we present basic results about the structure of graph algebras. The main part of this thesis is a partial classification of finitely related graph algebras. We provide proofs for various classes of graph algebras, for example for algebras defined by connected bipartite graphs or algebras de- fined by graphs containing certain subgraphs, although several cases are missing to complete the classification. 1
Porovnání  kvalitativních a kvantitativních vlastností klonu moštové odrůdy - Sauvignon
Urbánková, Kateřina
The aim of this dissertation was to compare qualitative and quantitative of a Sauvignon clone samples, describe and evaluate particular phenological phases and uvology values, describe and evaluate the analysis of must. The experiment was established in the viticulture Vineyards -- Hnanice. On three variants of Sauvignon clones differences in phenological phases in the same conditions were observed. Subsequently analytical values of must from each clone were evaluated. The sugar content, titratable acids, the pH, the yield per a bush, the weight of 50 berries, the average weight of a bunch of grapes, the average weight of a berry, the yield of grapes per a bush were monitored. The results showed that the Austrian A clone that has been the weakest in a growth, had the highest values, and vice versa French clone F 316 with the most extravagant growth had the lowest values. The results showed that it is advisable to plant more clones with different properties. The results were statistically analyzed and compared with attempts by other authors.
